PURMO Noppjet Underfloor Heating System
Noppjet is a system for underfloor heating with a two-layer node plate. The bottom layer consists of a rigid expanded polystyrene. A thermoformed plastic plate is already attached to it by the factory. Each board of the noppjet system has two rows of nodes protruding at its edges. This allows the installed frames to be securely connected by connecting the protruding row of nodes to the adjacent frame. The result is a homogeneous, dense and durable surface. Thanks to the closed waterproof surface, the noppjet is also ideal for wet mortars.
Insulation:
The noppjet system is available in two versions: noppjet 30-2 mm and noppjet 11 mm. The special arrangement of the nodes allows the installation of the heating pipes PURMO PEXPENTA (PE-Xc), Difustop (PE-Xa) and SKR (multilayer) with a diameter of 14 to 17 mm. The special design of the nodes ensures a secure grip of pipes with minimal contact areas. The noppjet is made of expanded polystyrene according to DIN EN 13163. It is subject to continuous quality control by independent monitoring institutes and is e.g. certified with DIN CERTCO quality. All this prompted PURMO to issue a 10-year warranty.
Crossing element:
The passage element is used for door and joint bottoms. Due to the special shape, these areas can be customized separately. In combination with the joint margins, professional expansion joints and crossings between the rooms are created.
Login:
The connector ensures that the noppjet system has a low render ratio. The connector can also be used to close noppjet plates with joints.
Diagonal connection element:
Even diagonal placement is not a problem with the noppjet uni. The heating pipe can be installed at a diagonal length of 1-1.5 m without additional elements. Diagonal elements are used for longer lengths. They are placed between the tiles before the heating pipe is installed, even for difficult room geometries.
