Gas Condensing Boiler RIELLO Residence Condens
The new Residence Condens boiler is at the top of energy efficient models and is suitable for medium-sized applications. The heat exchanger is made of stainless steel with front access to the combustion chamber which ensures high efficiency and long life, while reducing pollutant emissions to a minimum.
Configuration ratio up to 1:10 that allows the boiler to meet any heat demand

High efficiency circulator with low energy consumption (IEE <0.20) and self-regulating analog operation
New simple and smart digital control panel with backlight
“Warm-up winter” function allows the DHW temperature to be maintained in the heat exchanger while reducing the standby time during demand
Built-in compensation software using external sensor environment (as an accessory).
It is installed in a partially protected outdoor area, IPX5D
