Returns

For the return of your products you can visit the store, within 14 days with your receipt and the credit card snippet (in case you have paid with a credit card). For any information you need, you can contact us by phone. You will find the phones of our stores available on our site.

The products you want to return should be in excellent condition, in a sealed package. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product is covered by a warranty due to a manufacturing defect. You agree to take care of the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you deliver them to our store.

In case they are not returned within 14 days, then our company may not accept any return or replacement of product. In any case, the maximum return period for replacement may not be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Except for the rights provided by the return policy, all rights applicable to consumers are recognized in each case under the existing provisions and laws relating to the contract of sale, as well as any rights arising in connection with the product warranty terms.

Products that have been opened and have been installed / used (such as Air Conditioners, Fans, Radiators, etc.) will NOT be returned.
